Hi there I’m Margaret McEwan, Director and Principal Associate of McEwan Associates.
I’ll often be your first point of contact with McEwan Associates and I’d be very happy to come and see you or have a chat over the telephone about your organisation’s training needs.
Very often people come to us when they don’t know what they want but they are absolutely sure of their objectives. This is great as it means that together we can look at the most effective way to achieve your goals and if that means doing something which has never been done before – well even better!
I develop many of our programmes in collaboration with other Associates and also deliver workshops. Along with Barbara Thorn, I’m also responsible for carrying out our Personal Impact Coaching.
I love my work and am passionate about helping our clients to achieve their goals in the most effective and lasting way possible. As far as I’m concerned no amount of effort is too much.
One of the things that I like most about my work is the relationships that we have with each other as Associates and with our clients. We’re lucky enough to have excellent relationships with both and this makes our work even more enjoyable.
Although meetings and the running of programmes frequently take me all over the UK, I love our Dorset offices. Our newly converted Mill in the middle of the Dorset countryside is such a positive place to work and the calm peaceful environment surrounded by nature really helps us to focus and to be creative.
