Hi I’m Siân, the Operations Manager for McEwan Associates and I’m usually based in our office in Dorset with Helen and Margaret. I have a very close relationship with our clients and help Margaret manage many of our projects. I have worked as a trainer since 1993, having started life as an IT and Business Telephone Systems trainer. I enjoy facilitating our workshops and working with the actors and specialists. I’m fascinated by behaviours and how much difference can be made to peoples effectiveness through focus on behaviours. For me the combination of the different skills of our Associates and the products forged out of those skills makes this a really exciting and rewarding atmosphere to work in.
Whilst our client relationships are always conducted with the utmost professionalism, it’s really nice that we can enjoy our interactions with them as well. It also means of course that stress levels on both sides are kept to a minimum even when we’re undertaking large complex programmes for our clients and when they’re going through periods of change within their organisations. I hope that our clients always feel supported by us and good communication between all of the respective parties is something which I consider paramount and strive to ensure.
