Time Management

You can improve your time management forever!

Good time management is about understanding your own behaviours and mindsets so that you may discover more effective ways for you to prioritise and more expedient ways to communicate. Our approach is practical, interactive, hugely effective and measurable. What’s more people really enjoy it!

Each programme carefully combines the right mixture of personal analysis, theory and analytical tools. There are four key steps to improving time management effectiveness:

  1. The completion of time management questionnaires to assess delegate needs - three to four weeks prior to the workshop.

  2. The completion of a one day activity log, filled in manually throughout the course of a day. This is done in advance of the workshop.

  3. A one day interactive workshop

  4. A five to six week follow–up coaching session with either a line manager, an HR representative, a buddy or, for an additional fee, a McEwan Associates team member.

By the end of the workshop each participant will have identified their development needs and created an immediately usable action plan. The follow-up health check ensures that delegates don’t simply raise their awareness and decide not to implement the required changes because they don’t have time!
