  • Bullying and Harassment
Sadly bullying and harassment are increasingly common in the workplace. They can start as accepted behaviours in specific departments and the pattern of behaviour then spreads across an entire organisation.

Frequently the “Bullies” don’t realise what they’re doing. They may have no idea of the effect of their behaviour which is often learned and goes hand in glove with pressure of work.

Similarly, those who are bullied are often reluctant to identify it and will suffer the behaviour until they get to the point where they either leave or make a formal complaint.

As a result there is rarely an opportunity to work on the behaviours and dynamics of those involved in order to solve the problem.

Our experiential, interactive, practical approach allows delegates to explore these delicate subjects and reach a common understanding of desired practice in a safe non-judgemental environment.
