Effective Client Presentations

Client presentations are usually to smaller groups and often take place sitting around a table with the presenter referring to a presentation pack. Despite their informal setting, client presentations require a great deal of care and attention.

It is vital that the presenter builds a successful rapport with clients and captures their full interest from the moment they meet. Presenters need to respond to shifts in mood and concentration and ensure key messages are delivered successfully.

We help presenters and presentation teams to pitch at the appropriate level to sustain a presentation and give them the confidence to transform a monologue into a purposeful discussion.
