Our highly successful coaching sessions and workshops look at what it is about you that will make others want to listen to you.

We help release this quality through a combination of developing your successful attributes and eliminating unhelpful ones.

We do not simply give advice on what needs to change but, through specific targeted exercises, we ensure the changes happen.

We ensure that you feel comfortable, confident, energised and even spontaneous when delivering material so that you enthuse and inspire your listeners.

In workshop form we would typically look at:

  • Identifying your personal presentation style
  • Understanding your audience’s expectations
  • Personal preparation
  • Dealing with nerves and anxiety
  • Evaluating your skills and attributes
  • Developing those skills
Workshops can never be as personalised as one to one coaching but, where appropriate, we will look as closely as possible at individual needs and the root causes of problems.

The advantages of workshop training include observing and learning from the successes and mistakes of others and sharing presentation fears and experiences in a safe environment.

Through one to one coaching

We focus on meeting an individual’s development needs and unravelling the root causes that lie behind them. Trying to initiate change without addressing the reasons why people behave as they do will only have a very superficial impact.

We aim to raise self-awareness in the context of work and develop thoughts and behaviours that ensure potential is realised.
